Crackmate is a JEE preparation platform for Class 11, Class 12 and repeat-year students. You know how hard you are working. Not which part of it is actually working. That is the gap this was built to close.
Your mock gives you a score, a rank and a bar chart. That is a receipt, not feedback. It tells you what you got. It never tells you why — so you do the only thing left available, which is study more of everything and hope the number moves.
The JEE market sells more: more questions, more mocks, more hours of video. But supply was never the bottleneck. Knowing where your marks are leaking is.
Take two students who both score 40 percent. One genuinely does not know thermodynamics. The other knows it perfectly, lost six marks to sign errors, and burned fourteen minutes on two questions they should have skipped. Almost every platform gives both of them the same advice: practise more thermodynamics. One of them is being actively misled — and spends the next month working hard on the wrong thing.
Toppers fix this by hand: an error log, a mock reverse-engineered question by question, a revision calendar kept for two years. Everyone recommends it. Almost nobody sustains it, because it is an hour of clerical work after every mock and it needs the self-awareness of someone who is already a topper.
Crackmate does that hour for you. If your hours are not turning into marks, the problem is usually not effort — it is that nobody has told you which hours are being wasted.
Three things are recorded on every attempt: which option you chose, how long you took, and what everyone else did on that same question. Right-or-wrong alone cannot tell "did not know it" apart from "rushed it". Those three signals can.
Every item below is something we could add tomorrow, and each one would make Crackmate feel better to use. We leave them out because a number you can trust is worth more to you in February than a number that felt good in August. None of this is about being hard on you — it is about not lying to you.
Underneath prep-tech's churn problem is a trust problem: students can smell invented analytics inside a week, and once they stop believing the numbers the whole thing is just another app. The aim is the opposite — a product that gets more credible the longer you use it.

Members of the founding team are IIT alumni; that is a statement about the people who built it, not a claim of any institutional relationship.
We do not publish guaranteed-selection claims, guaranteed-rank claims, or student results presented without the context required by the Central Consumer Protection Authority's guidelines for the coaching sector. We would rather be right than impressive.
Class 11, Class 12 and droppers preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced — and nothing else. Not NEET, not "all exams". The diagnosis depends on exam-specific chapter weights, difficulty bands and marking schemes, and stretching it across unrelated exams would make it worse at all of them.
It suits you best if you are already putting in the hours and cannot see where they are going.
