What to include

Whatever you are writing about, these three things get you a useful answer fastest:

If you are reporting a specific question — a wrong answer key, broken formatting, or a solution that does not follow — the in-app report option on that question carries the question's identifier automatically, which is faster and more precise than describing it in an email.

For parents and guardians

Most Crackmate users are under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and want to ask about your child's account, the data we hold, the consent we rely on, or a payment made from your card, write to the address above and say so in the first line — those requests are handled by a person, not a queue. Our approach to children's data is set out in section 12 of the Privacy Policy.

For coaching institutes, schools, teachers, or press enquiries, use the same address with the subject line naming what it is about, and it will be routed accordingly.
